This position is suitable for students, fresh graduates, freelancers, and individuals interested in learning scientific journal management. Responsibilities include assisting editorial workflows, article metadata input, basic layout and proofreading, OJS management support, and publication assistance.
• Student, fresh graduate, freelancer, or professional
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Willing to learn scientific publishing processes
• Able to communicate effectively and professionally
• Familiar with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Able to work collaboratively within a remote team
• Strong willingness to learn OJS and journal management
• Responsible and able to complete assigned tasks on schedule

Compensation Scheme
This position is intended for individuals with comprehensive understanding of scientific journal management. Responsibilities include managing journal operations, editorial workflows, publication processes, journal quality improvement, reviewer coordination, indexing development, and accreditation preparation.
• Bachelor degree or higher from any relevant field
• Strong understanding of scholarly publishing and journal management
• Experience using Open Journal Systems (OJS) is preferred
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Familiar with indexing databases and accreditation requirements
• Able to manage editorial workflow independently
• Detail-oriented and committed to publication quality
• Able to work remotely and meet deadlines consistently
